- We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Services

- We offer a range of digital products, custom artwork, and consulting services including process improvement, coaching, and mentoring.
- All product descriptions are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

3. Payment

- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors.
- For custom goods and commissioned services, full payment is required upfront before work begins.

4. Shipping Policy

- Digital products are delivered via email or download immediately after purchase.
- Physical goods (if applicable) are shipped within the timeframes specified on the product listing.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and availability.

5. Refunds & Returns

- Digital downloads and custom goods are non-refundable. All sales are final.
- Physical goods may be eligible for a return within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Pepper Leaf Co. and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services or products.
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.

Shipping & Refund Policy

🚚 Shipping

We take great care in preparing and delivering your order.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days for most ready-to-ship items.

Shipping Methods: USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included.

Digital Products: Available for instant download once payment is received.

💡 Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

💬 Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive, but due to the nature of our offerings, some items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Digital Downloads: 📁 All sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Physical Products: 🔁 Refunds/replacements only for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description.

Return Shipping: 📦 Customers cover return shipping unless the error is ours.

🎨 Custom Goods & Services — Please Read

We proudly offer custom-made and personalized artwork

Due to their unique nature, all custom items and services are subject to the following:

✅ Full payment is required upfront after consultation with the artist. The artist will contact you from the email address hello@thepepperleafco.com to schedule a consultation and agreement of your order. 

🚫 Once order is made, you have 3-business days to cancel an order, otherwise, all sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges

🔒Edits or changes can only be made within 3-business days once an order is placed. After this timeframe, no edits/changes can be made, unless mutually approved by the artist. If the 3-business days timeframe has passed, you can contact the Customer Care Team to obtain an approval past the 3-business days timeframe (subject to phase of the project). Unfortunately, we must limit the timelines for changes, as custom orders take time to create, and we want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. These policies protect the creative time, energy, and care we invest in crafting something just for you.
